Designed for the athlete and the active professional, these sessions are built to bridge the gap between high-intensity training and long-term health. We don’t just "rub muscles" - we use clinical techniques to reset your nervous system and restore tissue quality.

Customized Recovery Menu: Each 60-minute session is tailored to your current physical stress. You will select 3-4 specialized techniques based on your goals:

  • Clinical Sports Massage: Targeted manual therapy to improve tissue elasticity, reduce muscle hypertonicity, and enhance local circulation.

  • Dry Needling: Target deep trigger points to reset muscle tone and improve blood flow.

  • Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue: Break up restrictions and improve sliding of the fascia.

  • Therapeutic Cupping: Decompress tissues to improve circulation and lymphatic drainage.

  • Compression & Contrast: Use advanced tools to flush metabolic waste and reduce swelling.

  • Electrical Stimulation: Modulate pain and accelerate the healing of fatigued muscles.
