One-on-one coaching for the high-performance individual.
This is not a "big-box" gym workout. Every session is led by a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). Whether you’re recovering from an injury, striving to get back in the game, or ready to unlock your peak performance, we build your program with a clinical understanding of how your body moves.

Objective Analysis: On your first session, we perform a detailed movement assessment to identify your specific limitations and strengths.
Custom Programming: Based on your assessment and specific goals, we develop a completely individualized training program that you will be able to carry out at our facility or on your own.
Expert Coaching: The more time you can spend with us at Concept, the better, as our coaches will take you through every step of your program to ensure each exercise is performed correctly, every time!
